By participating in our programs and agreeing to have your photograph taken, you understand, acknowledge and agree that all such images of you and your minor children will be posted on our publicly posted website at www.chesapeakebaymemories.org or any other website we designate. You further understand, acknowledge and agree that Chesapeake Bay Memories Charities (CBMC) and their respective agents, employees, volunteers, and designees reserve all rights with regard to the future usage, publication, and/or distribution of such images. You further agree to release and hold harmless CBMC from any liability with respect to the use of such images. You further understand and acknowledge that you may request the removal of your image from any of our websites by contacting us in writing at Chesapeake Bay Memories Charities 1000 Beech Drive, Middle River, MD 21220.
Our photo center has web quality pictures on all of our albums, you should be able to right click on any picture and choose print.
