If you are looking for challenges, you will find them here, along with the opportunity to build lasting friendships and leadership skills that will serve you well throughout your life.
Opportunity for Fun on the Water
Get out on the water! Enjoy the water again and again with a variety of different size and types of watercraft and watersports! You’ll discover a thrill that you just can’t get anywhere else. You’ll belong to a world that is distinct from anything on shore, with its own language and practices.
Earn valuable certifications in boating safety, sailing, marine radio, life saving, CPR/first aid, progress toward your captain’s license, and so much more!
Join in sailing regattas, rowing races, canoe paddling contests, ecotours, sojourns, and rendezvous! You can learn boat handling under power and sail, piloting and rules-of-the-road, navigation and how to read the weather. Absorbing the history and traditions of the sea, learning knots, splicing and fancy ropework are also part of our program offerings. In the midst of all of this, you can also develop skills in boat maintenance, engine service, marine electronics and how to plan a long cruise. The challenge is being able to take your vessel from point A to point B, while being ready for whatever you may encounter along the way.

Learn by Doing-Our center’s activities are interdependent group experiences in which success is dependent on the cooperation of all. Learning by doing in a group setting provides opportunities for developing new skills.
Teambuilding Adventures- You’ll be provided with adventures that help provide team-building opportunities and shape character, expose you to meaningful experiences, and lifelong memories.
Make New Friends- We’ll give you the opportunity to share experiences with others who share your interests. If you know nothing about boats now, don’t worry, you’ll learn. You’ll have the chance to grow and share your experiences with others.
